Our system is built around consistent communication, allowing us to adjust your plan as your body, schedule, stress levels, and life circumstances change—so progress doesn’t stall when life gets busy.
Yes. In addition to online coaching, we train clients in person at Hammer Fitness HQ. Whether you work with us remotely or in person, you receive the same structured coaching philosophy, accountability, and results-driven approach.
Every client receives individualized coaching. Your plan is built around your body, goals, training experience, work schedule, stress levels, and preferences. We don’t use templates—results come from precision, not generic programs.

No. We coach clients training in commercial gyms, home gyms, and minimal-equipment setups. Your program is built around what you currently have access to. If needed, your coach can also make equipment recommendations that would be most effective for your goals—without requiring unnecessary or expensive purchases.
