After you apply and are accepted, your coach builds a fully individualized training and nutrition plan based on your intake form. Plans are delivered digitally and updated regularly. You communicate directly with your coach via our app or messaging platform — check-ins, form feedback, progress photos, and plan adjustments all happen remotely in real time.
No. We build your program around whatever you have access to — commercial gym, home gym, hotel room, or minimal equipment. Your coach accounts for your setup from day one so nothing is assumed and nothing is wasted.
You have direct access to your coach throughout the week. Formal check-ins happen weekly — you submit progress photos, measurements, and a brief update, and your coach reviews and responds with feedback and any necessary adjustments. Between check-ins, you can message your coach any time with questions.
